巽
The Gentle Wind — one of the sixty-four archetypal situations in the Book of Changes.
The Judgment
Gentle, persistent influence succeeds, like wind that bends grass. Know what you want and ask a wise helper.
The Image
Winds follow one another, so the wise person repeats their instructions and then carries them out.
How to use it
Persist gently. Repeated small nudges outperform a single push.
Structure
Six lines: 巽 Wind (Xun) above and 巽 Wind (Xun) below. Lines are read from the bottom up.

Each BaZi pillar maps to a hexagram through its stem and branch. Coin casting uses a different method — both are valid paths into the Book of Changes. The I Ching is a traditional wisdom text. It describes the character of a moment, not a fixed outcome.
